  • We make every meal fresh just for you, so once it’s been prepared or delivered, we can’t offer refunds.
  • If you need to change or cancel your order, just email us at info@eatcrafted.com at least 48 hours before delivery — we’re happy to help!
  • If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out within 24 hours and we’ll make it right with a replacement or credit.
