How do I update my payment method?

Updating your payment information is simple. Log into your account and navigate to My Profile→ Scroll Down→ Add New Credit Card.


You can securely store multiple cards and choose which one you’d like to be billed.




When will I be charged?

You are only charged when you place an order.

Unlike traditional meal prep subscriptions, we do not automatically bill your account each week. Simply place an order whenever you'd like meals, and payment will be processed at checkout for that order only.

There are no recurring charges and no commitment required.

What is the delivery fee?

Delivery is $8 per order within our local delivery area. We offer two delivery days each week, allowing you to choose the option that works best for your schedule.

How do I remove a payment method?

Updating your payment information is simple. Log into your account and navigate to My Profile→ Scroll Down→ Delete whichever card you want to remove.

Where does Crafted Premium Meal Co deliver?

We proudly deliver throughout South Florida. In the near future we hope to reach Orlando, Sarasota and Tampa. 

When are deliveries made?

Deliveries are made on: 

Sundays between 11 AM and 3 PM. 

Wednesdays between 1 PM and 5 PM.


For businesses or special exceptions, we also offer Monday and Thursday deliveries between 8AM and 1 PM.


All meals are packed in insulated cooler bags with ice packs to keep them cold and fresh until you’re ready to enjoy.


If you need a different delivery time, we’re flexible — alternate schedules can be arranged by contacting our team.

What if my community is gated?

If your gate is manned 24 hours, we recommend adding Crafted Premium Meal Co to your list of approved deliveries for seamless access.


If your gate is unmanned, our drivers can securely store a key FOB or use an access code to ensure safe delivery.


You can also include any specific details or codes in your Delivery Notes at checkout.


We’ll always do our best to accommodate your community’s requirements to make every delivery smooth and worry-free.

Is there a bag fee?

Each of our cooler bags is custom-made to keep your meals perfectly fresh, safe, and temperature-controlled during transport. These high-quality insulated bags are reusable, and we rely on customers returning them so we can continue to deliver sustainably.


The bag fee exists only to cover the replacement cost when bags are not returned after multiple reminders. It’s not meant as a penalty — it simply helps us maintain quality standards, control waste, and ensure every customer receives clean, fresh equipment with their delivery.


By returning your cooler bags each week, you help us keep costs down, reduce environmental impact, and continue delivering meals in the premium condition you expect from Crafted Premium Meal Co.

What are your portion sizes?

We’re known for our generous, restaurant-quality portions designed to satisfy and fuel your day. Each standard meal includes approximately 6 oz of cooked protein, 3 oz of starch, and 3 oz of vegetables — perfectly balanced for both flavor and nutrition.

Is the food organic?

While we’re not 100% organic, we prioritize sourcing fresh, responsibly raised, and
premium-quality ingredients.


Whenever possible, we partner with local farms and organic suppliers, but our first commitment is always to consistency, flavor, and food safety.


You can always expect grass-fed beef, hormone- and antibiotic-free poultry, cage-free eggs, wild-caught seafood, and non-GMO produce in every meal we craft.

What if I don’t like a meal?

Your feedback helps shape our menu. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out — we’re committed to making it right.

What are the heating instructions?

Each meal includes detailed heating instructions right on the label. Before heating, vent the lid and remove any cold items, sauces, or garnishes. While microwaves vary, we find the best results between 2:00 and 2:30 minutes. Our meals also reheat beautifully in the oven or air fryer for those who prefer a crisp finish.

Will Crafted Premium Meal Co help me lose weight?

While our focus is on chef-crafted convenience and balanced nutrition, many clients naturally see results from consistent portion control and cleaner eating.


We design our meals with a health-conscious mindset — using lean proteins, healthy fats, and fresh produce while minimizing excess butter, cream, and heavy oils.
